Rosemary Bynum Cotton, 90, of Panama City, passed away October 9, 2018. She was born on February 13, 1928 in Panama City, Florida to John Carl and Mary Rose Bynum. She was a retired school teacher and an active member of St. Dominic's Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, J.W. Cotton; and brother, John Franklin Bynum. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Doris Bynum and a host of other relatives and friends. Rosemary had a private interment at the Catholic Cemetery officiated by Father Michael Nixon. A memorial service will be held at a later date at St. Dominic's Catholic Church.
