ROSAMOND TRUMBULL STOUT

Rosamond Trumbull Stout, 82, of Panama City, FL, passed away Monday, July 16, 2007 at Big Bend Hospice House, in Tallahassee, FL.

She was born on August 16, 1924 in Birmingham, Alabama to Denslow Allerton Trumbull Sr and Marie Rosamond Trumbull and moved to Panama City in 1950. Mrs. Stout worked initially as a bookkeeper at Bay National Bank, and subsequently retired after 30 years of service to Culligan Water Services. She was a member of the local DAR, Woman's Club and First United Methodist Church of Panama City.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, John Ellison Stout, and granddaughter, Christina Stout. She is survived by her son, Gary Powell Stout and wife, Joan of Tallahassee, FL; daughter, Susan Ann Charman and partner, Christopher Porter of Melbourne, Australia; sister, Ann Hawkins and brother, Denslow Trumbull Jr, and wife, Illa of Panama City, FL; five grandchildren, Bryan Stout and wife Junko, Todd Faircloth and wife, Amy, Tara Ryon and fiancée, Brian, Ron Faircloth and Allan Jones, four great grandchildren, Brandon Sharp, Cobi Ryon, Harrison Faircloth, Holly Faircloth all of Tallahassee, FL; three nephews, Denslow Trumbull III and wife Nancy of Montgomery, AL; Mike Hawkins and wife Alison of Chicago, IL; Jay Trumbull and wife Tammy of Panama City, FL; and two nieces, Patricia Wilkerson and husband DeWitt of St. Petersburg, FL; and Karen Hawkins of Tallahassee, FL .

The family will receive friends at Wilson Funeral Home, 214 Airport Rd, Panama City, FL 32405 (850) 785-5272 on Friday, July 20, 2007 from 10 – 11 AM CDT prior to the funeral services at 11 AM CDT in the funeral home Chapel. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked donations be made to Big Bend Hospice of Tallahassee, 1723 Mahan Center Blvd, Tallahassee, FL 32308-5428.
