Rosalie Scafisi Tweedy, 94, of Panama City, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2020 in a local hospital.  She was born March 7, 1926 in Philadelphia, PA.  She was preceded in death by a daughter, Lynne Ann Tweedy.  She is survived by three children, Michael Tweedy, Dan Tweedy, Janice Peterson.  There will be no services held and those desiring to may make memorial donations to the Bay County Humane Society, 1600 Bay Ave, Panama City, FL 32405 in her memory.
