Ronnie Banks, 40, of Panama City, known to his family and friends as "R.B." left us to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, June 11, 2012. He was born at Bay Medical Center on December 1, 1971 in Panama City to Ronald Banks and Vickie Moore Banks. R.B. was a well-known Body Builder and Personal Trainer in the Panama City area for many years. He had many awards for his continuous dedication to the Arts. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Clyde Banks, of Florida and George W. Moore of Texas; brother, John Banks of Panama City; and uncle, Eddie Moore of Texas. He is survived by his father, Ronald Banks of Parker; mother, Vickie McBride and husband Jimmy of Sherman, Texas; sister, Rhonda Holcomb and husband Jacob of McKinney, Texas; grandmothers, Doris Banks of Parker, Linda Moore of Sherman, Texas; aunts, Linda Archer and husband Mickey of Pensacola, Patricia Hendley and family from Alabama, Margaret Barker and husband Rick of Garland, Texas; and many great aunts, uncles and cousins. R.B. will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel.
