Ronald Charles Dubke, 82, of Panama City, FL passed away on Monday December 4, 2017. Ron grew up in Tonawanda, New York and moved to a farm at age 15. Ron joined the New York Air National Guard, serving for 20 years. Ron moved to Panama City in 1978 where he and Dianne married in May of that year. Ron is survived by his wife of 39 ½ years, Dianne Tate Dubke; one sister, Marie Racz; five children, Donna Redmond (Terry), Selina Granger (Mike), Michele Morris (Aubrey), Glenn Dubke (Lynn), Chris Dubke; ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren. He retired from the Post Office in 1997. He was a member of Forest Park United Methodist Church, where he was the Scouting Charter Organization Representative and Scout Committee Chairman, stepping down from that position in 2009. He was an Usher and was active in the Men's group breakfast on Wednesday mornings. He was also a member of the Thru The Bible Sunday School Class. Funeral services will be held on Monday December 11, 2017 at 11 am in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. John Friedman officiating. Interment will follow the service at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10-11 am prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the building fund at Forest Park United Methodist Church.
