Robert John Withers, 37, beloved son, husband, father, brother and friend passed from this life on May 7, 2008. He is survived by wife, Leslie Withers, daughter, Logan Withers of Cowarts, AL and stepdaughter Payton Shelton of Panama City, mother, Barbara Parmer and step-father Dave Parmer, brother, Chris Withers, wife Missy, and their son, Jonathan and daughter, Victoria, sister, Alisha Parmer, step-brother, Craig Parmer, step-sister and family Paige Raffield, husband Chris and children Braden and Presley all of Panama City, grandmother, Zella Gordon of Amherst, OH, step-grandmother, Mildred Parmer of Panama City, aunts and uncles, Pat & Earl Wilbur, Norwalk, OH, Linda & Steve Carroll of Somerset, KY, Linda & Jim Atalla of Colorado, Patty Ladrach of VA, Bill Withers of OH, cousins, Jeff Gordon and family of OH, Greg Wilbur and family of OH, Bill Ladrach and family of VA, mother and father-in-law, Linda & Lamar Anderson of Cowarts, AL, dear friends, Andrea Flanagan and Kevin Deeth and family all of Panama City, and too many friends to mention by name. We were all touched by Robert's humor, quick wit and great personality over his special years with us. His enthusiasm with Gator football and NASCAR was felt by all around him and he will be greatly missed. A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 10 at 2 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel for all wishing to attend.
