Robert "Bobby" Wayne Davis, 73, of Panama City, passed away on Wednesday, November 28, 2018. He was born February 24, 1945 in Panama City. Bobby was a graduate of Bay County High School in 1963. He attended Gulf Coast Junior College before graduating from Florida State University. After graduation, he was employed by Armour-Dial Corporation as a regional sales manager for over 10 years. Upon returning to Panama City, he was employed by Lloyd Pontiac Cadillac GMC for over 20 years. He was an avid Florida State Seminole fan and shared that love with his daughter. Bobby was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Panama City. He was preceded in death by his mother, Clarice Kathryn Davis. He was devoted to his daughter, Suzanna Davis and dearly loved his two granddaughters, Madison and Breanna Johnston. He was also survived by numerous extended family and friends. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Carl Fountain officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery. Those desiring may make memorial donations to the Salvation Army in memory of Bobby Davis. To know him was to love him as he was a kind man who was a friend to all.
