Robert "Robbie" Torres, passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at his residence surrounded by family and friends who loved him. Robbie was born 16 December 1964 in Miami, FL . He was a residence of Panama City Beach, FL since 2000. Robbie's dreams were to be a great musician (achieved so) and an avid fisherman (and did so). He also enjoyed painting, composing music and writing poetry. A celebration of life will be held on 23 April, 2022 at Saint Thomas Bay the Sea Episcopal Church at 11 am.  Reception immediately following. In lieu of flowers the family requests that you make donations to Saint Thomas By the Sea Episcopal Church in Laguna Beach and or Covenant Hospice in Panama City, FL.
