Robert F. Stephens

Robert F. Stephens, 87, of Panama City passed away Sunday, Oct. 28th, at Panama City Nursing Center. He is survived by his wife Dorothy Stephens and his five children; sons, Robert, Jim, and Larry and daughters, Cathy Dell and Lisa Williams and their children and grandchildren. Mr. Stephens was preceded in death by his parents Claude V. and Edith Elisabeth (Jarvis) Stephens and seven of his 13 siblings. His surviving siblings are his brothers Howard and Arthur and sisters Nancy Welborn, Mary Walsh, Helen Cullen, and Norma Baymiller. Mr. Stephens graduated from Bay High School in 1943 and served in the Coast Guard during WW ll. He retired from the aircraft industry. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 3 at the St. Andrew Primitive Baptist Church, 2100 Michigan Ave, Panama City. Inurnment will be private.
