ROBERT D. RYBURN
SMC Robert D. Ryburn, 86, of Panama City Beach, passed away Thursday, March 15, 2007 in his home. He was born on April 13, 1920 in Webb City, Missouri. He was a retired chief from the U. S. Navy. He was a Pearl Harbor survivor and fought in WWII. He was a lifetime member of the VFW #4050 in Kansas City, Missouri and of the American Legion Post 356. He was a member of the Fleet Reserve Association #346, Amvets #47 and the Pearl Harbor Survivor Association. He is survived by his wife, Pam Ryburn, brother, Billy Ryburn, of Alabama, several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, March 31, 2007 at the Fleet Reserve Association #346, 2117 Wilkinson Avenue, Panama City Beach, FL. A celebration will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Covenant Hospice, 107 W 19th Street, Panama City, FL 32405 in memory of Robert Ryburn.
