Robert Lee Landingham, 84, of Lynn Haven, FL passed away on Saturday, March 2, 2024. He was born on October 9, 1939 in Samson, AL to Vassie Mae and Ralph Gilbert Landingham. Robert attended high school in Geneva County Alabama until the family moved to Lynn Haven and he subsequently graduated from Bay High School in 1958. Robert served in the United States Army and retired from Sunshine/JR food store after 35 years of service. He then worked with Fed Ex as a delivery driver.  After being diagnosed with cancer and leaving Fed Ex he continued working by providing lawn services.  It was during this time he began drawing cartoons on napkins and posting them on Facebook, where he amassed a considerable following, and a collection of more than 5,000 of his drawings. He was preceded in death by his parents, and three siblings, George Landingham, Nadine Farris and Johnny Landingham. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Mary Landingham; son, Kenneth Landingham; three grandchildren, Candie Mulroy, Brandie Allon, Teara Ranow; nine great grandchildren, Sky, Lily, Robert, Isabel, Jonathan, Juliana, Ethen, Kylie, Piper; brother, Rex Landingham and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 10 am in the St. Andrew Primitive Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the Lynn Haven/ Mount Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 8, 2024 from 5-7 pm at Wilson Funeral Home.
