Robert Wayne Harris, 81, of Panama City, FL passed away on Sunday, July 11, 2021. He was born on January 1, 1940 in Panama City. He served as a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force for 26 years. He is survived by his wife, Seija Harris and one son, Robert H. Harris. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at 10 am in the Greenwood Cemetery with Rev. Carl Fountain officiating.
