Robert E. "Bubba" Morrison

On or about April 17, 2011, Robert "Bubba" Morrison made the best decision of his life...he accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. Little did he know just how important that decision was to be...10 days later he was informed he had terminal cancer. On the morning of May 18th, Bubba asked Marty Martin of Northstar Church to baptize him...and 14 hours later Bubba drew his last breath and headed to heaven to spend eternity with Jesus Christ. By his side, when he left for eternity, was his loving wife Robin, his wonderful sister, Linda, his son, Larry & daughter-in-law, Lisa.
Let it be known to the welcoming party in heaven that if you see a guy with a beard, a Harley and dessert (yeah, if there's a get together, Bubba never attended unless he brought a homemade dessert)...anyway if you see him, that's our Bubba!
Bubba is survived by his adoring wife Robin; brothers, Butch Morrison, Jimmy Morrison and Tommy Morrison; sisters, Linda Reeves and Renee Taylor; his sons, Lyn Morrison, Larry Morrison and his daughters, Rachel Morrison and Christie Morrison.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 2-3 p.m. prior to the service.
