Robbie Velma Davis Rowland, 84, of Panama City, passed away on Monday, January 25, 2021.  She was born April 6, 1936 in Enterprise, Alabama. She was a retired civil service worker having worked at Tyndall Air Force Base and the Coastal Systems Station.  She was a member of First Baptist Church of Panama City.

She was preceded in death by her parents, R.C. and Velma Davis.  Robbie is survived by her husband Fred Rowland, two children Greg Rowland (Sheri) and Kim Strickland (Max), two grandchildren Matthew Strickland (Kelsey) and Thomas Strickland, and two great grandchildren Jason and Abigail Strickland.

A private graveside service was held.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Samaritan's Purse, Emerald Coast Hospice, or a favorite charitable organization in memory of Robbie Rowland.
