Richard Douglas Robinson, 59, of Panama City, Florida passed away February 16, 2017.  He was born December of 1957 in Selma, Alabama to Charles Curtis and Sara Frances Robinson.  He worked for the Bay County Road and Bridge Department. He was a loving husband of 34 years, uplifting brother, devoted father and most caring grandfather and was a deacon and member of the Cedar Grove Baptist Church.  He is survived by his wife, Linda Robinson, two sons, Bryan Robinson, Joseph Robinson; two grandchildren, Bentley Robinson, Easton Robinson; three sisters, Kathy McQuagge, Jan Nolan (Jack), Jennifer Speigner (Casey); one brother, David Robinson (Kathi); and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Key officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 1 to 2 p.m., one hour prior to service time. Honorary pallbearers will be Bay County Road and Bridge Department and the Deacons of Cedar Grove Baptist Church. Those desiring may make a donation to the Youth Fund at Cedar Grove Baptist Church in memory of Richard Douglas Robinson.
