Richard Lee " Rick" Persinger, 54, of Macon, GA, died Sunday, October 26, 2008 in Macon. He was born May 23, 1954 in Norfolk, VA. He was a heavy equipment operator. He is survived by his parents, Calvin & Dorothy Persinger; 3 brothers, Steve Persinger, Carl Persinger, Robert Persinger and wife, Jackie; 2 sisters, Debra Green, Maggie Bucholz and husband, William, 3 nieces and 8 nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Doug Sanders officiating. Interment will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. Thursday.
