Richard Frank Howell, 68 years old, of Lynn Haven FL, passed from this life on July 12, 2023. He was born on February 23, 1955 to Jack and Dorothy Howell. He was a retired US Navy Chief and retired Bay County Deputy Sheriff. He was a faithful deacon for several years and well loved by the Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Dorothy Howell and sister, Faye Goble. He is survived by his wife of 43+ years, Linda Howell and brother Jack Leon Howell (Nancy). 2 sons, John Lamar Howell(Tara) and Jonas Albert Brand(Heather) and 1 daughter, Erin Rebecca Wiggins. 8 Grandchildren, 3 Great Grandsons and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at the St Andrew Primitive Baptist Church, on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at 11 am with Elder J.C.Stanaland officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday at the church from 10-11 am prior to the service. Interment services will be held on Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at 12 noon EDT in the Tallahassee National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make donations to the St. Andrew Primitive Baptist Church in memory of Richard Howell.
