In Loving Memory of Richard J. Evans.  He was born May 20, 1949 in Saint Louis, Missouri.  He moved to Panama City on May 20, 1989.  He was a United States Army Veteran, Dear Husband, brother, cousin and friend.  He spent his past time playing bingo with his best friend Laura Chance.  He loved to read about his ancestry printed out by his dear friend Ann Robbins.  Rest in Peace.  Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at 3 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 2-3 p.m. prior to the service.
