Richard (Sam) E. Becker, 85, of Panama City, Fl and formerly Winter Haven, FL went to heaven Monday, Aug. 16th, 2021. A patriot who served and retired from the US Air Force, his career continued in car sales where he met many friends "kickin tires". Sam was a man of integrity and honor with an amazing sense of humor and a genuine heart. A symphonic whistler with an extensive repertoire of music, mention a word and he had a song for it.

He leaves behind a family that has been deeply impacted by his love and devotion, wife, Bernie Becker, daughter, Sandy Sidney (Terry), sons, Dale Fisher (Julie), Rob Fisher (Leah) and several grand and great grandchildren. A friend to all, he never met a stranger.
