Rebecca Lynn Woods, 79, of Panama City Beach, FL passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. She was born on July 6, 1946 in Ozark AL to John Owen and Minnie Larue Woods. She is survived by her two brothers, John O. Woods Jr. and William A. Woods, and her niece Kimberly A. Woods. She was a sweet, kind and gentle soul and a longtime member of the Woodlawn Church of Panama City Beach. A private family interment will be held at a later date.
