REBECCA PAULINE UNDERWOOD

Rebecca Pauline Underwood, 79, of Panama City Beach, died Monday, April 9, 2007 in her home. She was born October 7, 1927 in Beaver, West Virginia. She had been a resident of Panama City Beach for 6 months, moving here from Daniels, WV. She was a member of the Daniels Missionary Baptist Church and was active in the Republican Party in Daniels. She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, William H. Underwood Sr. She is survived by 2 sons, Bill Underwood and wife, Marykate of Panama City Beach; Bob Underwood and wife, Debbie of Vancleave, MS; 5 grandchildren, Rebecca Underwood of Lady Lake, FL, Caitlin Underwood, Liam Underwood, both of Panama City Beach, Bobbie Anne Underwood, Robert Underwood II, both of Vancleave; sister, Joann Fritz and husband, Kenneth of Daniels; brother, Ira Bryant of Detroit, MI, special nephew, Clint Fritz and wife, Amy; niece, Libby Thompson and husband, Butch of Beaver, WV, and numerous other nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at a later date in Beckley, WV. Those desiring may make a contribution to Hospice of the Emerald Coast.
