Ray Ewell Folmar, Jr., 88, of Lynn Haven passed away on Friday, February 8, 2019, after a valiant battle with cancer.

He was born to Ray and Mary Folmar. He was a member of Lynn Haven Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Shirley Kyser Folmar, sister Annie Lou Crane of San Diego, CA, brother John Folmar of Seneca, SC. Ray's children include Shirlana Haythorn (Thom) Huntsville, AL, Gary Folmar (Sheree) Vernon, FL, and Dena Lee (Robert) Houston, TX, several grandchildren and great-children. He was predeceased by his sisters Dolly Hartley and Katherine Ross.

A celebration of life service will be held at Wilson Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 12, at 1:00 pm with Rev. Tom Daniel officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 – 1:00 prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Lynn Haven Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lynn Haven Baptist Church building fund.
