Randall E. Tompkins "Randy" age 60 of Panama City passed away Wednesday, August 16, 2017. Randy served in the United States Air Force for 27 years. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. His passion was fostering dogs for Animal Rescue Center. He lived each day to the fullest. He was a loyal husband, loving dad and grandad, and a friend to all. Randy will be truly missed. Randy is survived by his wife Katrina Tompkins; daughter, Erika Green (Ben Weeks); grandchildren, Ryan Green, Ayva Green and 3 bonus grandchildren, Ben Jr., Justin and Alexis Weeks; sister, Tonyia Dawson (Jody); sister, Anita Brock. Nieces and nephews, Jenny and Caleb Hogg, Seth Burnham and Alyssa Jahns. He was preceded in death by his son, Christopher Tompkins; mom, Hazel Vance and dad, Arthur Tompkins. Funeral services will be at Wilson Funeral Home in Panama City at 3:00 pm on Sunday, August 20, 2017 with Brother Clyde Ellison officiating. Visitation begins at 2:00 pm. Graveside services will be on Monday at Barrancas National Cemetery at 2:00 pm with Brother Doug Hogg officiating. Flowers are being accepted and donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
