Phyllis Marie Rhodes, of Alford, Fl passed away on Friday, March 20, 2020. A beloved mother, daughter, and loyal friend who was a seamstress, gardener, and free spirit. She was born on April 19, 1959 in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. She was preceded in death by her father, Elmer Combs. She is survived by her 3 children, Lindsey Pitre (Dylan), Steven Rhodes, Amanda Rhodes; mother, Jean Combs; 3 grandchildren, Jasmine Hall, Loralai Gray, Nola Pitre; two brothers, Darrell Combs, Terry Combs (Sissy); two sisters, Wanda Mercer, Karen Combs; and a loving life partner, William Melvin Hall. A private service will be held Friday in the Lynn Haven Cemetery.
