Phillip Chris O'Baugh, 67, of Panama City, FL passed away on Wednesday, December 8, 2021. He was born on April 24, 1954 in Graham, North Carolina to Cyrus and Hattie O'Baugh. He worked as a Computer Tech for Securus Technologies. He was a member of Central Pentecostal Ministries. He is survived by his wife, Jean Elaine O'Baugh; two sons, Michael O'Baugh, Adam O'Baugh; one step-son, Onnie Galbraith; one grandchild, Blake. A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 13, 2021 at 2 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 1-2 pm prior to the service.
