Peggy Sue Russ Fogle, 83, of Panama City, passed away on Nov. 29, 2013 in Cape Coral, Florida. She was born Wakulla Station, Florida. She worked many years as a medical receptionist at Internal Medicine Associates in Panama City, where she later retired. She was a long-time member of First Presbyterian Church in Panama City; a devoted mother, daughter and sister. She was preceded in death by her parents, Atticus Haygood Russ and Amber Nix Russ; two sisters, Geraldine "Jerry" Hannon (Ross) and Lora Nell Fewell; and a brother, Robert L. "Bobby" Russ. She is survived by her two sons, Floyd M. "Toby" Fogle, III of Cape Coral and Michael R. Fogle of Palmetto; a daughter-in-law, Yolanda L. Fogle of Cape Coral; a step-daughter, Alethia L. Ingram (Gayle) of Lynn Haven; a brother, George E. "Snooky" Russ (Mary Nelda) of Crawfordville; 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. The family would like to send a special thank you to her care-giver and earthly angel, Maria Montero. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, December 4 in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Richard Watson officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 1 – 2 p.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hope Hospice, 9470 Health Park Circle, Fort Myers, FL 33908 in memory of Peggy Fogle.
