Paul Richard "Dick" Lippincott Sr., 85, of Panama City, passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2014.  He was born February 28, 1929 in Zephyrhills, Florida to Carl David & Donna Lippincott Sr.  He retired in 1971 after 22 years of service in the United States Air Force retiring at the rank of Major. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church, the Exchange Club, the Elks Club and MOAA.   He was preceded in death by a daughter, Sherrie Henson; a brother, Carl David Lippincott Jr.; the mother of his children, Billie Manning Lippincott; and brother-in-law, Don Justice.  He is survived by his wife, Annette McAlpin Hood Lippincott; two children, Paul R. Lippincott Jr. (Dianne), Gina Lyons; three stepchildren, Paula Borgers (Robert), Janet Lambert (Dave), Bill Hood (Diane); eight grandchildren, Eric, Codi, Chase, Chris, Kelly, Scott, Bryan, Kate; two sisters, Melissa Herd (John), Grace Justice; sister-in-law, Arlene Lippincott; and four great grandchildren.  Graveside services will be held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Barrancas National Cemetery, Pensacola Florida.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 - 7 p.m. on Tuesday.  In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial contributions be made to Covenant Hospice, 107 W. 19 ^th St., Panama City, FL 32405 or to the First United Methodist Church of Panama City, 903 E. 4 ^th St., Panama City, FL 32401 in memory of Paul Lippincott Sr.
