Paul Scott Kelley, 59, of Panama City, FL passed away on Monday, January 23, 2024. He was born on February 1, 1964 in Santa Rosa County, FL. Paul was an avid fisherman. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Lois and Virginia Christine Kelley; three sisters, Lola Davis, Brenda Godfrey and Marie Rochfort. He is survived by his brother, Ken and wife Ila Kelley . The family would like to thank Robby and Brenda Lane for their loving care and support. There will be no services held at this time.
