PAUL E. HIGHT, JR.
Paul E. Hight, Jr., 76, of Panama City, passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2012. He was born July 14, 1935 in Webb City, Missouri. Paul was a retired auto salesman and an accomplished violinist. He was a member of the American Legion Post 356. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul Sr. & Phyllis Hight and his son, Larry Hight. He is survived by his wife, Carol Hight; son, David Hight; daughter, Paula Hight; daughter-in-law, Brenda Hight; grandsons, John Ashley Petroff, Jeremy Hight, Jerod Hight, Corey Hight; granddaughters, Susie Hight, Jessica Mathews, Angela Mathews, Jennifer Mathews; and six great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 2 – 3 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel along with his son, Larry Hight. Those desiring may make memorial donations to Covenant Hospice, 107 W 19th Street, Panama City, FL 32405 in memory of Paul Hight. The family would like to thank Dr. Ortega, Dr. Noble, Dr. Finney, the staff at Bay Medical Center, Covenant Hospice, Amedisys Home Health Care and a special thanks to Chaplain Virgil Tillman.
