Patrick "Clay" Johnson claimed his seat at the Great Wedding Feast in heaven Thursday Aug 19, 2021.

He was born Nov 27, 1966 to Edward S and the late Jane Poston Johnson with Down's Syndrome, Clay became a source of joy and love to his family, friends, teachers and everyone lucky enough to know him. He was preceded in death by his sister, Jan and his mother, Mama Jane. His brother, Mike Johnson, was by his side Thursday Aug 19th as he passed peacefully from this life. Clay will be remembered for his quiet nature, his loving smile, his kind kisses and his greetings to every "stranger" he met. The family thought of him as an angel. Now he'll get his wings!

He is survived by his father, Edward S. Johnson, of Panama City, his brother, Michael E. Johnson (Dianne) of Atlanta, his nephew, Nick Johnson of Breckenridge, CO, his niece Morgan Johnson of Phoenix, AZ, his niece Elizabeth Watson (Max) of Chattanooga, TN, and his great niece, Zoey Johnson of Phoenix, AZ.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 22, 20201 at 10 am in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in the Forest Lawn Cemetery at a later date.
