Patricia Kersey Valle, 78, of Panama City, FL passed away on Thursday December 21, 2017. She was born on June 6, 1939 in Thomaston, GA to Cecil and Dove Kersey. She moved to Panama City at a young age. She went to Bay High School and was a graduate in the class of 1957. She then went on to attend Gulf Coast Community College to get an RN Medical Degree as well as becoming a part of several organizations.  She was an active member at St. Andrew United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Carole Kersey Lark. She is survived by her brother, Larry Kersey Sr.; nephew, Larry Preston Kersey Jr.; great nephew, Larry Preston Kersey III; great niece, Leslie Kersey; a host of loving relatives; special lifelong friend, Evangelist Debra McClain and family. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday December 27, 2017 at 2 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Blount officiating. Interment will follow the service at Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1-2 pm prior to the service. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to St. Andrew United Methodist Church in memory of Patricia Valle.
