Patricia Elaine Sinicrope entered into rest February 9, 2022. She was born September 11, 1943 in Columbus Ohio. Pat, as known to her friends, was a highly educated psychologist receiving her bachelor's degree from Wake Forest University, master's degree from Duke University, and PhD from the University of Virginia. She practiced clinical child psychology throughout her career. She is survived by her daughter Elena Sinicrope RN of Panama City Florida to whom she was completely devoted. She is also survived by a brother Ronald Sinicrope MD and wife Jeri of Panama City and brother Joseph Sinicrope and wife Jacqui of Charlotte North Carolina and multiple nephews, nieces and grand nephews and grand nieces. Pat was predeceased by her father and mother, Arthur and Norma Sinicrope of Virginia. She was an avid reader and champion of human rights. She took pride in the education and upbringing of her only beloved child Elena. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to adoption agencies, food banks, and in particular Heifer International which donates livestock to the impoverished. Memorial services will be held on Sunday, February 13, 2022 at 4 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel.
