Patricia Ann Watts Shaw, 86, of Panama City Beach, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2026. She was born September 20, 1939 in Newport, Arkansas. She had been a resident of Panama City since 1986. Patricia was a retired Assistant Principal and Educator at Rutherford High School. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Panama City. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert & Thelma Watts and a sister, Rebecca Morgan. She is survived by her husband, Robert A. Shaw; two sons, Kyle Shaw and his wife, Jaime and their children, Connor Shaw and Delainey Shaw; Michael Shaw and his wife, Nicole and their children, Payton Shaw and Caitlin Shaw. The family will receive friends at the Wilson Funeral Home on Wednesday from 4-6 p.m. Graveside services will be held at a later date in Keo, Arkansas. In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Panama City in memory of Patricia Shaw.
