Patricia Ann Rountree, 81, of Panama City, passed away on Thursday, January 20, 2022.  She was born November 8, 1940 in Rawls, Alabama.  She was a retired Administrative Assistant at Bay High School, where she had worked for over 35 years.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Panama City.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin Bud & Mary Catholean Solomon.  She is survived by her husband, William Thomas Rountree; two sons, Keith Rountree (Dawn) and Keith's stepson, David Todd (Meagan), David Rountree (June); grandson, Kyle Rountree (Courtney), and a great grandchild, Harper Rountree.  Funeral services will be held on Monday at 12 noon in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Hecht officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11 a.m.-12 noon prior to the service.  Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens.  In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Panama City or to Vitas Hospice in memory of Ann Rountree.
