Patricia Myers Daffner, 86, of Panama City Beach, FL passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2021. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on November 19, 1934 and lived there until finding her way to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. She never got tired of watching the water and stayed around it as much as possible. She joined Woodlawn United Methodist Church of PCB and found a home where she could serve her Lord. She was a Charter member of the adult bell choir. She was active in the Stephen Ministry program and the Prison Fellowship program. She served as the past treasurer of the LIFE SS class and she was a past member of the adult choir and a faithful supporter of this group. She was active in the care giving programs of her church and was always willing to help anyone that needed her. She was generous to a fault, giving as someone needed. She was known for her quick smile and loving heart. She retired to our beaches from St. Louis, MO, where she had been Vice President of Gateway Account Service, Inc. Her retirement here did not last long as she had too much energy to stop work. The last few years she was employed at Edgewater Beach Resort. She is survived by her 4 wonderful children, several grandchildren and a great grandchild. She was proud of her family and never missed an opportunity to brag on them. She was a loving mother, strong supporter of her family, and she will be greatly missed. Services will be held at Woodlawn United Methodist Church on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 10 o'clock with Rev. Steve Irwin officiating. Please in place of flowers make a donation to Woodlawn United Methodist Church Prison Ministry in memory of Patricia Daffner or whatever program at the church that has meaning for you.
