Patricia Ruth Beasley, 77, of Panama City Beach, FL passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2023. She was born May 2, 1945 in Fairmont, WV. She is survived by her husband, Rodney Beasley; five children and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
