Pamela Louise Hammack Johnson, age 54, of Chipley, FL passed away on March 21, 2013 at 10:20 am at her home with her family. Pam lived in Panama City for 34 years before moving to Washington County. She was born and raised in Lake Providence, Louisiana.

Pam is survived by her loving husband, Charles "Randy" Johnson; four children, Kimberly Johnson and her companion, John Taylor of Jacksonville, FL, Kendra Nikki O'Neal, Charles Randy Johnson, II, William Jackson " Billy" Johnson II; three grandsons, Jeremiah, Nicholas, Grayson of Panama City; father, Daniel C Hammack, Sr. of Vicksburg, Mississippi; brother, Daniel " Shorty" Hammack, of Spring, Texas; and sister, Janet Geter of Vicksburg, Mississippi. She leaves many sisters-in law and brothers-in-law as well as, numerous loved nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will take place on Saturday, March 23rd at 2:00pm in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 pm prior to the service. Pallbearers will be Michael O'Neal, John Taylor, Charlie Marlow, David Estes and Jack Robbins.
