Norman Hugh Brown, 82, of Panama City, FL passed away on Sunday, March 23, 2025. He was born on August 2, 1942 in Panama City. Norman worked for over 50 years as a Union pipefitter. He was a member of Hiland Park Baptist Church and enjoyed fishing and gardening in his free time. He was preceded in death by his wife, Tommie Jean "Jeannie" Brown; his parents, John Hugh and Mildred Kathleen Brown; and one brother, Ivey Brown. He is survived by three children, Dave Brown (Amy), Carla Dykes (Doug), Kyle Brown (Cathy); four grandchildren, Allison Dykes (Adam), Caroline Doughty (Andrew), Payton Brown and Brandon Brown. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 1 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Carl Fondren officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Chris Hester, Loren Tillman, Drew Dykes, Warren Waldrop, Greg Fussell, and Tom Martin. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12-1 pm prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Callaway Cemetery.
