Norma Ruth Hinson Williams passed away February 7, 2022 in Panama City Florida. She was born February 21, 1930 in Graceville Florida to Wallace and Ruth Hinson.

She grew up in Graceville surrounded by extended family. She was a graduate of Graceville High School.

Norma married George Clinton Williams February 21, 1948. The newlyweds moved to Panama City where she spent her remaining days. This union was blessed with four children.

In her later years she enjoyed many bus travel tours over the years visiting just about all the states.

Preceded in death by her parents, brother Hadley, and husband of 38 years George.

Norma is survived by children; Nancy Williams Hudson (Jerry) of Georgetown SC, Gary Williams (Debbie) of Bellaire TX, Martha Williams (Joe Moore) of Destin FL, and Wallace Williams of Panama City. Grandchildren; Will Hudson of Georgetown SC, Rebecca Hudson Midgett (Matthew) of Wasilla AK, and Martie Hudson McCallum (Mac) of Lugoff SC. Great granddaughters; Nicole, Samantha, & Paige Midgett of Wasilla AK.

Norma was interred in Oakland cemetery. The family will hold a memorial service later in the spring.
