NORBIA CARNELL COFFELT
Norbia Carnell Coffelt, 81, of Panama City, passed away Sunday, September 23, 2012 in her home. She was born April 1, 1931 in Sampson County, North Carolina to Clayton & Emily Parsons. Mrs. Coffelt moved to Panama City from Fayetteville, North Carolina 6 years ago. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald O. Coffelt. She is survived by her two children, Donald Coleman Coffelt and Tracey McNaron and husband Leo; four grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel.
