NAOMI J. CURTIS
Naomi J. Curtis, 79, of Panama City, passed away on Saturday, July 27, 2013 in a local hospital. She was born on October 17, 1933 in Burdette, Arkansas and had been a resident of Panama City since 1980. She was a registered nurse having retired from Gulf Coast Medical Center after 15 years of service. She then went to work at various nursing homes before permanently retiring in 2005. She was Lutheran by faith and was preceded in death by a son, Charles McLaughlin. She is survived by her husband, W. Floyd Curtis; two children, Christie Weddington, Joseph Bruno, all of Panama City Beach; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10 a.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Danny Koyn officiating. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 - 8 p.m. on Thursday.
