Nancy Dawn Fussell, 63, of Panama City, passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2023.  She was born October 5, 1959 in Panama City.  Attending the first class of A.C Mosley High School, she was a retired caregiver and a lifelong member of Trinity United Methodist Church.  Most of all she was a beloved mother, sister, friend and expert conversationalist that would light up the room with a smile even on the worst days. She was preceded in death by her parents, Tilman & Hazel Bryan. She is survived by three children, Daniel Fussell, Steven Fussell, Shelly Pence; sister, Paulette Gainey (Bill) and a brother, Tilman "Jimmy" Bryan (Cheryl).  Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 1 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel.  The family encourages friends to join them with a smile at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and stay for the service.  Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens.  In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial donations to the Bear Creek Assembly of God Church Children's Ministries, 11412 N Bear Creek Rd, Panama City, FL 32404 in memory of Nancy Fussell.
