Myrtice Lucille Youngblood, 92, of Southport, entered into heavenly rest on Tuesday, October 26, 2021. She was born on July 3, 1929 in Kinard, FL to Henry and Inez Flowers. Lucille was a member of Central Pentecostal Ministries. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Bobby Youngblood; her son, Timothy Youngblood; her daughter, Cynthia Sewell and her parents. She is survived by two children, Sylvia Newell, Greg Youngblood; eight grandchildren, Wendy Lipham, Jennifer Goodwin (Chris), Kristi Smith (Jerome), Karla Miller (James), Ryan Youngblood (Kristine), Kayla Newell, Jeremy Youngblood, Garrett Youngblood; eleven great grandchildren, Austin, Hope, Gracie, Hunter, Shelby, Caleb, Ella, Miles, Zoe, Colton, Chloe; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 29, 2021 at 11:00 AM in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Chad Bass and Rev. Don Shoots officiating. Interment will follow in the Southport Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 10-11 am prior to the service.
