Montez Nelson Vinson, 93, of Panama City, passed away on Monday, September 1, 2025.  She was born August 18, 1932 in Chipley, Florida.  She was preceded in death by her parents, James Henry & Dee Nelson; her first husband, Herman Myers; her second husband, Howard Vinson and three siblings.  She is survived by two daughters, Wanda Diane Fischer and husband, Sam; Linda Reid; four grandchildren, Michael Childers and wife Andria, Stephen Fischer, Jason Reid, Amy Reid; niece and caregiver, Maria Waters and several nieces and nephews.  Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 7, 2025 at 2 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 1-2 pm prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Greenwood Cemetery.
