Modena Wilcox Davis, 93, of Vancleave, Mississippi, passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2010. She was born October 6, 1916 in Bay County, Florida. She was a member of the St. Andrew Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren C. Davis; son, Jackson A. Blair Sr.; daughter, Rhonda B. Lafferty, grandson, Travis Lewis III; sister, Delores Peaker and a brother, Jackson Wilcox. She is survived by a daughter, Darla Lewis and husband Travis Pete Lewis; stepson, Kenneth Davis, 9 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, March 31 at 10:30 a.m. in the Greenwood Cemetery. Those desiring may make donations to your favorite charity in memory of Modena Davis.
