Mildred Bush Self, 84 of Panama City, FL passed away on Sunday April 15, 2018. She was born on October 7, 1933 in Black, Alabama to Golden and Rosie Lee Bush. She was a proud member of the Doe Lodge and loved her family. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Eugene Self. She is survived by three children, Gloria Jean Self Tipton (David), Patricia Ann Self Coffee (David), Dallas Steven Self and her beloved daughter-in-law, Donna; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday April 18, 2018 at 11 am in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens with Rev. Virgil Tillman officiating. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Tuesday April 17, 2018 at Wilson Funeral Home.
