MILDRED M. PARMER

1924-2008

Mildred M. "Millie" Parmer, 84, of Panama City, passed from life, September 15, 2008 in a local hospital, leaving a loving family and many dear friends. Mildred began her life in Bay county working for Steve Ring for several years. She went on to work for Sam B. Hearn, then for Charlie Isler, she continued to work for Charlie until his death. Soon after, Mildred began her association with Ross McCloy, she worked for Ross until her retirement. Mildred was preceded in death by her father and mother, Edgar and Lucy Maddox and nephew, Chuck Judy. She is survived by her loving sister, Ruby Radebaugh, son, Dave Parmer and wife Barbara, granddaughter and family, Paige, Chris, Braden and Presley Raffield, grandson, Craig Parmer, granddaughter, Alisha Parmer, grandson and family, Chris, Missy, Victoria and Johnathon Withers, cousin and family, Dave and Sara Maddox, She will also be missed greatly by her dear friends, Franklin Harrison, Ross McCloy, Elaine Adkison, Tina Bruce, Debbie Marley, John and Diane Clayton, Doris Elmore, Jane Holt, Amanda Holland, Ruth and Que Aldredge, Rick Watson and family, Audrey Protuck and all of her good friends at Style Masters. There will be no services held and those desiring to may make a contribution to the Bay Medical Center Foundation, 615 North Bonita Avenue, Panama City, Florida 32401 or American Cancer Society, 2012 A Lisenby Avenue, Panama City, Florida 32405 in memory of Mildred Parmer.
