MICHAEL "KEVIN" SMITH
Michael "Kevin" Smith, 45, of Panama City Beach, passed away Saturday, October 30, 2010 in his home. He was born October 17, 1965 in Tampa, Florida. He worked for Gulf Power and was a member of IBEW. He was also a member of Grace Episcopal Church. He is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia "Lynn" Smith; daughter, Sabrina Lynn Stair; beloved dog, Bella; daughter, Robyn Michele Smith; grandson, Noah; parents, Stewart & JoAnne Smith; brother, Marshal Keith Smith; sisters, Laurie Ann Smith, Iris Lee Smith; parents-in-law, Anthony & Patricia DiLabio and all of his Gulf Power Family. A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Virgil Tillman officiating. Those desiring may make memorial donations to Covenant Hospice, 107 W 19th Street, Panama City, FL 32405 in memory of Kevin Smith.
