Michael "T-Rex" Husava, 61, of Mexico Beach, FL, left an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew him, passing away on August 04, 2025. Born on October 15, 1963, in McKees Rock, Pennsylvania, Michael was the cherished son of Rudolph Albert Husava and Helen Ann Yahemovitch.
Mr. Husava's selfless dedication to The United States Air Force, retiring as Msgt at Tyndall AFB, FL, embodies his unwavering commitment to serving others.
As a devoted husband, father, stepfather, grandfather, club brother, and friend, Michael's infectious wit, humor, charm, and love for life will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know him. His passion for animals and eclectic music will forever be etched in our memories.
He is survived by his loving wife, Melissa Husava; his daughter, Gwendolyn Mazar; his stepchildren Chelcee' Shelt and Tyler Shelt; and three cherished step-grandchildren. Michael is also survived by his sister Deborah Husava Valenti and Eileen Husava Paixao; brother Randy Husava; and a host of nieces and nephews who held a special place in his heart.
A memorial service celebrating Michael's extraordinary life will be held Saturday, August 30, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at Wilson's Funeral Home in Panama City, FL. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance and gratitude for a life that touched countless hearts.
