Mellonae Hughes Willis, 87, of Panama City, FL passed away on Wednesday April 25, 2018. She was born on November 23, 1930 in Ozark, AL to William and Mary Hughes. She was an active member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Parker Lodge #96. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Horace Glenn Willis; daughter, Cathy Ryan; brother, Mascus Hughes; sister, Martha Alexander; brothers-in-law, Melvin Wilson, Jim Alexander. She is survived by her daughter, Sandra S. Holley; three grandchildren, Shawn Evans, Chris Holley, Nichole Sesco (Lee); four great grandchildren, Rayna Sesco, Cameron Evans, Kellie Evans, Colby Evans; three sisters, Frances Wilson, Bessie Helms (John), Becky Willoughby (Max); sister-in-law, Ann Hughes; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday April 30, 2018 at 10 am in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 9-10 am Monday, prior to the service.
